Our experienced trainers will ensure every workout will get you closer to the health, performance, and appearance you’re after. Our fitness blueprint will outline which classes you should attend each week according to your goal.

BODY POWER

These classes incorporate functional strength training to help you build a leaner, stronger, better performing body. The workouts incorporate everything from kettle bells to body-weight exercises. These classes stress movement integrity to leave you feeling stronger and more durable.

BOOT CAMP

These classes utilize the proven training methodology known as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). The result is a highly cardiovascular workout, incorporating a wide variety of exercises designed to help you shed body-fat and build lean muscle.

EISCHENS YOGA

“B.A.S.E.” Yoga. Change description to “B.A.S.E. stands for Building alignment and strength through extension. This is MHMBG’s restoration and active alignment class. This class will help eliminate any weak chains by engaging the weak muscles in the body, and creating alignment integrity.

MOBILITY/STABILITY

Our “Mo/Sta” class works to break up scar tissue and strengthen weak links in the body. You will do specific trigger point guided self-massage & movements to relieve joint aches, pains, and/or old injuries.
