We will teach you how to fuel your body through plant-based nutrition. Plant-based nutrition is the most natural and powerful way to feed and restore all of the cells of the body. Participants will learn to utilize the fruits of the Earth to achieve a type of nutrition that will never weigh you down or cause stiff or bloated bellies. This type of nutrition employs the correct molecules for your cells to feed, repair and rebuild your organic systems. We start by asking our new members to log their food so our instructor can make suggestions. We want to create a plan that is realistic and will allow you to eat healthy MOST of the time, because we know how busy life can be.

Our approach to eating is simple: eat when you’re hungry, eat until satisfied, avoid as many processed foods as you can, focus on nutrient-dense foods, and eat more veggies! We’ll coach you on the rest as it applies specifically to you because we want healthy habits, not restrictions. We’ll also offer several delicious plant-strong recipes to make it easier for you!
