If you’re looking for a fitness solution, what you’re really looking for is accountability and structure. This is where Mile High Monkey Bar Gym is different. We provide all the resources necessary to be successful. And unlike other gyms, we create an atmosphere of mutual accountability. We expect you to hold yourself accountable, but if you slip, we will be there to get you back on track. The MHMBG difference is the difference between training to reach a goal and just working out!

THE WORKOUTS

 Our instructors have dedicated their careers to finding the right balance between fun, safe, and scientifically effective workouts! The workouts are tailored to every individual’s fitness and skill level, so everyone can benefit from them. The workouts are on a rotating schedule in order to give you the best combination of variety and consistency. This prevents boredom, while ensuring consistent progress.

THE HOMEWORK

We believe in creating healthy habits, not restrictions. While enrolled in the MHMBG program, you are encouraged to eat a plant-strong diet, designed to fuel your body for its highest level of performance. You are also encouraged to log your workouts and nutrition so our instructors can help you make improvements.

THE ATTENDANCE

Our small group classes offer more of a personalized feel. Unlike most gyms, we monitor our member’s class attendance, so we check in with you if we haven’t seen you for a couple weeks. We don’t want you to repeat any of the mistakes that prevented health and fitness success in the past. This is the true Mile High Monkey Bar difference!

THE TESTING

We do initial and ongoing body composition checks to make sure you know where you’re starting, where you’re going, and how to get there.
